_______Ida Schuften Juhl (1994) is an Iceland based composer, performer, and sound artist with a passion for building inclusive communities. With over 9 years of experience, Ida has demonstrated a diverse skillset spanning from multimedia sound installations, composing for short-film and contemporary dance, as well as performing electronic live music and sound engineering.

She’s been an active member of the d.i.t (do it together) arts collective Post-Dreifing since 2018, and taken part in building the new media arts collective Rask from 2019-2021. 

In 2019, Ida hosted the first edition of ‘Computer music for beginners and friends’, attempting to counteract the exclusive atmosphere that dominates both music and technology by facilitating an inclusive learning environment. 

In the spring of 2022 she graduated from Iceland University of the Arts with a BA in new media composition.
